BAM’S Landscaping is hiring dependable Landscape Crew Members/Laborers to join our growing team in Montgomery County.

If you’re someone who shows up, works hard, learns quickly and takes pride in doing a good job, we’d like to hear from you.

No landscaping experience? That’s okay. We can train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work alongside a small landscaping crew helping complete residential and commercial landscape projects.

Typical work may include:

• Mowing and trimming
• Mulching
• Planting
• Pruning
• Landscape cleanups
• Leaf removal
• Bed maintenance
• Installing and moving landscape materials
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Operating landscaping equipment as you become trained
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Helping the Crew Leader complete jobs safely and efficiently

You don’t need to know how to do everything on day one. We’ll train you.

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Show up on time and are dependable
• Are willing to work hard
• Can work as part of a team
• Take direction and are willing to learn
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Can work outdoors in hot, cold and wet weather when conditions are safe
• Can safely lift and move materials and equipment
• Want an opportunity to learn skills and advance

Landscaping, construction, lawn care or outdoor work experience is a plus — but it isn’t required for the right person.
 

Schedule:

Our regular-season schedule is typically:

Monday–Thursday | Approximately 10 hours/day

Fridays are generally off

Weather delays may occasionally require Friday or Saturday work.
